Lance Brooks is an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS) and a renowned community engagement consultant in Australia. With extensive experience in mediation, stakeholder management, place making, and social entrepreneurship, Lance brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

His qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Community Management from UTS, a Graduate Certificate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), and certification in fundraising from the Fundraising Institute of Australia (FIA).

As the Founding Director and Lead Facilitator of Brooks Community Engagement, Lance excels in facilitating engagement with local community groups, government bodies, and executive boards. His ability to foster respect and active listening among all participants has been instrumental in building and strengthening relationships. Working closely with parties, Lance assists in identifying common values and needs, leading to practical solutions that benefit all involved.
